Carefree Dental

This is the biggest scam I've seen. You don't save any money.

If anyone has saved money, please tell me how much and where. I'm canceling this today, and I'm going to make it my business to inform other consumers about this scam.

Have tried unsuccessful to cancel and when you try and contact them it's next to impossible to talk with anyone, no success yet and I have tried and tried and tried. Stay away at all cost.

They have been taking my money for years with no customers that use them or have even heard of them. They are a big scam.

Has been paying for about 4 years now, now I have to have my teeth done with my own money, because the list of dentists I received either do not know this card and do not accept it. Those who accept it work for 3 times the price. I do not recommend this card to anyone.I need to find out hu take this card

Carefree would not agree to pay for their printed scheduled amount for work! Also, I could not access my account online after trying numerous times with customer service, which was worthless!

Dentist would could not get authorization for printed advertised prices!! Could not access online account. Help line useless!

Saw the commercial, read reviews, wasted my time! When I desperately needed a dentist!

I couldn't afford to see a dentist. I'm a single woman, making pennies, can't afford to rent, lease or buy my own home! So this is another scam.

I'm tired of it! Always check reviews.

Carefree Dental said my dentist was on their list. I came to find out they are not.

They cancelled my service but wouldn't refund the money. DO NOT USE THEM.

I WAS SENT A LIST OF 20 DENTIST ON PLAN AND 19 OF THEM DID NOT KNOW OF THE INSURANCE AT ALL THE ONE THAT DID COULD NOT EVEN TELL ME WHAT IT WOULD COST FOR A CONSULT JUST TOLE ME TO COME AND PAY WHAT WAS NEEDED NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS I WAS VERY DISAPOINTED THAT SOMANY DENTIST ON YOUR LIST HAD NO IDEA WHO YOU WERE AT ALL I AM GOING TO CANCELL MY MEMBERSHIP AND OF MONDAY 4-15-2024 AND THAT IS JUST THE WAY IT HAS TO BE DONE I CALL CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CANCELL PLAN AND I HAD A PAYMENT DUE MAY 6, 2024 NOT A GOOD PLAN AT ALL I SURE WISH IT HAD BEEN

I waited 5 months for an appointment (while paying $15.95/ only to be canceled because my Dentist doesn't recognize Carefree like their site says.

This is a scam. An email confirming an appointment under another name was sent to my email. Something is really off here.

Cancelled my plan paying for years to you and because I sent a money order. you want Bank deduction.

but I'm having money problems. I never used the plan once no one in Jamestown nd will take it here

I've been paying 19.95 for 21 months and everytime I try to use the card no one except it. Looking on line it says CA is one of the States that doesn't have coverage.

This is a scam! I would like my money back. Consumer Affairs doesn't deal with this matter.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!

I WOULD NOT GET THIS PLAN BEFORE SHOPPING AROUND.

I have been a member since 2017. Within that time I have been lied to about the benefits o several occasions. Every time I try to use it Im told that they dont except it or Im charged more the their original price!

I was told to go find my manual that I received back in 2017 and that they dont have updates to the plan or NO changes made!

I have been over charged instead of getting a discount.

You Took Money Out Of My Bank Account Illegally. And when I find out who did it with my bank account card I will press charges with the Police.

And file suit against your company. I suggest you put back my $3.50 immediately and expung my bank account details.
